The Upper House

Villa Kristina is on three levels, each facing south with its own terrace facing to the sea. The main living accommodation is on the first floor. You enter the villa through a courtyard – The Main Terrace. With its large sun umbrella and shade from the Upper Terrace, this is the living area in the summer – and can seat everybody. And has a fabulous view!

On the first floor: You enter from the steps to a courtyard or large terrace with seating for 12 under a sun umbrella plus a dining area at the back with a built in barbecue. From here you enter the house to a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, oven and grill, stainless sink, a VERY large fridge and plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The dining area has seating for 8. There is a TV, DVD,CD,  audio tape player and stereo system. – There is a family bathroom on this floor with shower cubicle. Washing machine in bathroom. – Beyond the arch is a large double bedroom with a small balcony.

On the top floor: There is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Above the kitchen area is a mezzanine floor with a double. From this room you can reach The Upper Terrace which has the same brilliant views.

Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. There is a daily maid service. Air conditioning is now also available.
